Many questions have been posed concerning the why how and wherefore of God and His nature: Where did God come from? Why did God put the tree in the garden if He didn't want man to sin? How far does God expect me to go or won't God save all of mankind? Don't 'you think' that God will accept all who say that they 'believe in Him"? The question too often left unasked is 'What must I do to be saved'?
If I desire to be saved, I must go to the author of my salvation, (Hebrews 5:9). The inspired word tells us exactly what we must do if we desire to be saved! Note the following thoughts:
It is necessary that one hear God's word in order to be saved, Romans 10:17. Hearing implies understanding and acceptance of the truth, which sets one free, (John 8:32; 17:17; Romans 1:16-18; 10:14).
To be saved, one must believe in God and Christ and accept their will for life and living, (Hebrews 11:6; Mark 15:15, 16; John 14:2; Matthew 7:21-23).
In order to be saved, one has to live a faithful Christian life. When he sins he is required to repent, confess fault and pray for forgiveness, (Revelation 2:10; James 2:10-26; Matthew 25:30-36; Hebrews 10:25-27; Hebrews 6:4-6; Galatians 3:27).
Friends, each of the above, according to God's word, is necessary to salvation. if one is to be saved, he is required to do 'the Father's will', (Matthew 7:21-23). Have you obeyed those things which are necessary for salvation?
One is required to repent of sin and turn to righteousness which is in Christ, if he desires to be saved, (Luke 13:3; Acts 2:38; 3:19; Luke 24:27).
One cannot be saved before he confesses Christ before man, (Matthew 10:32, 33; Romans 10:9, 10). To fail to confess the Lord is to deny Him, and those who deny Christ will not enjoy the salvation that He freely offers to all.
One who wants to be saved is required to submit to being baptized into Christ, (Galatians 3:27). The Lord gives the directive in this matter, (Matthew 28:18-20; Acts 2:38; 22:16; I Peter 3:21; Mark 16:16).

CHRIST IS THE ANSWER #1
We live in a troubled world: A world in which mankind has very little or no regard for or sense of responsibility toward his fellows; A world where freedom has become a world which allows all and never prevents anything; a world where anything goes and to be poor is the greatest of all crimes. At least, this is how it seems to be with mankind.
Christ is the answer for our troubled world! He is our example and when we learn to imitate Him, life will be much sweeter and far more rewarding.
Christ shows us that man has a responsibility to his fellows. He is responsible in that he is to treat others the way he wishes to be treated, (Luke 6:31-35). When we follow the example of Christ and take upon ourselves the spirit of Christ, the world will be a better place to live, (Romans 8:9). Christ is the only way to God and heaven, and all who want to be in heaven will have to follow His example, (John 14:6; I Peter 2:21).
Friends, we must learn to imitate Christ! He was: Compassionate, he wept at the tomb of Lazarus, (John 11:35); He fed the hungry, (Matthew 32, 38); He healed the sick, (Mark 10:46-52); He was willing to forgive and ready to strengthen sinners, (John 8:3-10); He sought to rescue them from sin rather than to destroy them for their weakness. When we learn to imitate Jesus, many of the troubles and ills of today's society will be healed.

CHRIST IS THE ANSWER # 2
In life and in death, “Christ Is The Answer”. To imitate Christ makes life better in every way. Yet, it’s not life as we know it that is most important. Christ makes it possible to truly live: To live without pain or suffering, without sorrow or grief, without fear of death and unknown.
Christ overcame death, (Revelation 1:5). He stated, “I AM THE RESURRECTION, AND THE LIFE: HE THAT BELIEVETH IN ME, THOUGH HE WERE DEAD, YET HE SHALL LIVE: AND WHOSOEVER LIVETH AND BELIEVETH IN ME SHALL NEVER DIE, BELIEVEST THOU THIS,” (John 11:25). Christ died that we might have forgiveness of sin and life eternal, (Romans 5:6-11).
Life here always ends in death, (Hebrews 9:27). Life is short, (James 4:14) and we are all sinners who need a Savior, (Romans 3:23). Christ is that Savior, (I John 2:1-6; Ephesians 5:23-32). In His death, burial, and resurrection we are given hope for that city of God, (Hebrews 11:10), and the promise of a home with him if we will do His will, (John 14:1-6; Mt. 7:21-23).
“Christ is The Answer” in that He promises to raise the dead to a new and better life, (John 5:28, 29). Those who obey the will of the Father will be raised to life everlasting, where peace and joy reigns, (Matthew 7:21; 25:46; I John 5:13), and will no longer know the pain and suffering of the flesh, (Matthew 25:31-33). Note that this is only for those who obey God, (II Thessalonians 1: 7-9). On the other hand, Christ will raise the disobedient to eternal damnation, (Mark 16:15, 16; Matthew 25: 31-46).
“Christ Is The Answer”: the ONLY answer in matters of death and eternal life, (Revelation 21:22; John 14-6). Have you made Him the Answer in your life? Have you given your life to Him, (Romans 12:1, 2). - - PER
CHRIST IS THE ANSWER # 3
“FOR ALL HAVE SINNED AND COME SHORT OF THE GLORY OF GOD,” (Romans 3:23); “FOR THE WAGES OF SIN IS DEATH; BUT THE GIFT OF GOD IS ETERNAL LIFE THROUGH JESUS CHRIST OUR LORD.” (Romans 6:23). “AND AS IT IS APPOINTED UNTO MEN ONCE TO DIE, BUT AFTER THIS THE JUDGMENT, (Hebrews 9:27).
Life here always ends in death, physical death, that is. However, we need not die the second death, (Revelation, 20:14), which is spiritual death. Christ is the answer to sin and death: He is the answer for all eternity. Without Christ, man will be eternally separated from God. The blood shed by Christ was for the atonement of the sins of mankind, (Ephesians 1:5-7; Hebrews 9:22). He died for all that we might have life through Him. This life, eternal, is for all who obey His will, (Matthew 7:21; II Thessalonians 1: 7-9; Hebrews 2:9)
Christ is the only answer to sin. Through Him we can obtain forgiveness of sin, (Acts 2:38). His blood will wash away our sins when we submit in obedience to Him through the inspired word, (Romans 1:16, 17; Revelation 1:5; Acts 22:16; Romans 6:1-6; I Peter 3:21). Sin committed prior to obedience and baptism will be “REMEMBERED AGAINST US NO MORE”, (Hebrews 8:12; 10:17). When Christ is given control in our lives, sin and death cannot dominate us and we are secure in this life as well as for all eternity. (Romans 6:7-18: 8:1, Philippians 4:11, 13, 19).
Has Christ answered the problem of sin in your life? Only if you have given your life to Him, (Romans 12:1, 2)! Consider the destiny of your soul; to Him, (Romans 12:1, 2) ---PER
CHRIST IS THE ANSWER # 4
“THERE HATH NO TEMPTATION TAKEN YOU BUT SUCH AS IS COMMON TO MAN: BUT GOD IS FAITHFUL, WHO WILL NOT SUFFER YOU TO BE TEMPTED ABOVE THAT YE ARE ABLE BUT WILL WITH THE TEMPTATION ALSO MAKE A WAY TO ESCAPE, THAT YE MAY BE ABLE TO BEAR IT”, (I Corinthians 10:13).
Not a day goes by when man is not in some way tempted to do that which is wrong in the sight of God. Evil lurks about and seeks to destroy good at every turn. An understanding of God and the nature of sin can help us to overcome temptation, (I Corinthians 10:13; Matthew 4:1-11). The answer is to be found in Christ.
Man is not tempted by the Father in heaven, (James 1:13). Temptation comes from within a man as he involves himself in the things of this life and the whole world around him: “WHEN HE IS DRAWN AWAY OF HIS OWN LUST AND ENTICED”, (James 1:14). John listed three avenues of temptation and sin stating that if we love the world and follow these avenues, we sin, and become enemies of the cross. Thus, we separate ourselves from God and stand condemned for all eternity, (I John 2:15-17; James 1:14-22).
Christ is our example in times of temptation. He shows us how to defeat Satan, for He too was tempted and overcame the wicked one, (Matthew 4:1-11). Note that every time and in every instance, the word of God was the answer. The final statement gives an order to Satan “GET THEE HENCE SATAN”, or leave me alone, (Matthew 4:10). This statement offers us strength even in our weakest moments. You too can say “NO”. Your weakness will be filled when you fully surrender your life to Christ, (Philippians 4:13, 19; Romans 12:1, 20).

CHRIST IS THE ANSWER # 5
Regardless of what life brings upon us, “Christ Is The Answer”. He was a man, acquainted with sorrow, joy, and with tears. He was tempted and tried, even put to death, in order that mankind might have eternal life, (Hebrews 12:1–3).
Christ is the answer in our times of sorrow. He suffered great loss in order to save mankind, (Isaiah 53: 1-12). In all His suffering, the inspired writer states; “HE OPENED NOT HIS MOUTH” to defend Himself, nor His hand to prevent man from taking His life. He bore the sins of mankind and knew every avenue of human suffering.
At the tomb of Lazarus, Jesus shared the suffering of the family. John wrote, “JESUS WEPT”. (John 11:35). He is able to comfort and offers comfort, through His word, to all who lose someone near and dear, (I Thessalonians 4:13-17), in that He promises a resurrection from death and eternal life to all who obey His will, (II Thessalonians 1:7-9; Matthew 25:34; Matthew 7:21-23).
Friends, God is just a prayer away! In fact, He is ever present to give comfort and strength. The psalmist wrote, “GOD IS OUR REFUGE AND STRENGTH. A VERY PRESENT HELP IN TROUBLE,” (Psalm 46:1). We have nothing to fear, except fear itself, (Psalm 46:2, 3), for we have a “CITY OF GOD” in which to dwell for all eternity. This city is beyond all that we can imagine and is available to every soul that submits to the “WILL OF THE FATHER IN HEAVEN”, (Matthew 7:21; Psalm 46:4-5; Hebrews 11:10; John 14: 1-6).
